Welcome to 4AI Tools ("4AI Tools," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our web-based software application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). Our company is based in London, United Kingdom.
By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, or clicking a button or checking a box marked "I Agree" (or similar), you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our accompanying Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," "your") and 4AI Tools.
4AI Tools provides a web-based platform designed to automate workflows by linking your Google Calendar events with your Google Sheets, generate reports based on your Google Calendar schedule and data stored in specific Google Sheets, and sync information between your Google Calendar and designated Google Sheets.
To provide these functionalities, the Service requires access to your Google Account data, specifically your Google Calendar and/or Google Sheets.
To use features involving Google Calendar and/or Google Sheets, you must authorize the Service to access your Google Account via Google's secure OAuth (Open Authorization) protocol.
Before granting access, Google will present you with a consent screen. This screen will clearly detail the specific permissions 4AI Tools is requesting (e.g., view and edit your calendars, view and edit your spreadsheets). Please review these permissions carefully before granting authorization.
4AI Tools will only request access to the Google Calendar and/or Google Sheets data necessary to provide the specific features you choose to use. We request permission to:
We access and use this information solely for the purpose of delivering the Service's described functionalities (to sync event data to your sheet, to schedule calendar events based on sheet data, and to create reports). We will not use your Google Calendar or Google Sheets data for other purposes, such as advertising, without your explicit consent for that specific use.
4AI Tools's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Your data will only be used to provide or improve user-facing features prominent in the Service's user interface and as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy. It will not be transferred to others unless necessary for providing or improving these features, complying with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (with notice to you). It will not be used for serving advertisements. Human review of data will only occur when necessary for security purposes, to comply with applicable law, or with your affirmative agreement for support purposes.
You remain in control of the authorization granted to 4AI Tools. You can review and revoke our access to your Google Account at any time through your Google Account security settings (usually found at: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions). Revoking access may limit or prevent your ability to use certain features of the Service.
Your use of your Google Account, Google Calendar, and Google Sheets is also subject to Google's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. 4AI Tools is not affiliated with Google, and we are not responsible for Google's services or policies.
All data transmitted between 4AI Tools and Google's servers is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. We follow Google's security best practices for API integrations, including:
We do not store your Google Calendar or Sheets data on our servers unless explicitly required for functionality (e.g., caching for performance). Any stored data is encrypted and retained only as long as necessary.
You may need to register for an account to access the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
You may register or log in using your Google Account (OAuth).
You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and any other credentials used to access the Service, including managing the security of the Google Account linked via OAuth. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at supportG@4ai.tools of any unauthorized use.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, 4AI Tools grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for your internal business or personal purposes, as intended through the provided functionality.
You retain ownership of all data, information, and content you manage within your Google Calendar and Google Sheets ("User Content"). By authorizing 4AI Tools to access your Google Account, you grant us the necessary permissions to access, process, modify, and store your User Content solely to the extent required to provide and improve the Service as described herein and in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of your User Content and the means by which you acquired it.
You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws (including UK laws) and regulations, as well as Google's terms and policies.
You may not use 4AI Tools to:
Excluding your User Content, the Service and all its materials, including, without limitation, software, algorithms, design, text, graphics, logos, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, sounds, music, artwork, and computer code (collectively, "Our Content"), including but not limited to the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, "look and feel," and arrangement of Our Content, contained on the Service is owned, controlled or licensed by or to 4AI Tools, and is protected by trade dress, copyright, patent and trademark laws, and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws.
No part of the Service and no Our Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, or distributed in any way to any other computer, server, website, or other medium for publication or distribution or for any commercial enterprise, without 4AI Tools's express prior written consent.
Access to certain features of the Service may require payment of subscription fees. All fees are quoted in GBP and are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated otherwise.
We use third-party payment processors to handle payments. Your payment information is subject to the privacy policies and terms of the respective processor.
We reserve the right to introduce or change fees for the Service or its features upon reasonable prior notice.
The Service relies heavily on APIs provided by Google (Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Google OAuth). The availability and functionality of the Service are dependent on the availability and proper functioning of these Google services. We are not responsible for any outages, changes, or limitations imposed by Google that may affect the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, 4AI TOOLS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
4AI TOOLS MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT: (A) THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS; (B) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; (C) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE (INCLUDING DATA READ FROM OR WRITTEN TO GOOGLE CALENDAR/SHEETS) WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, OR COMPLETE; OR (D) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA (INCLUDING DATA IN YOUR GOOGLE ACCOUNT) THAT RESULTS FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL 4AI TOOLS, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF 4AI TOOLS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM: (A) THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (B) THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES; (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA (INCLUDING YOUR GOOGLE ACCOUNT DATA); (D) STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE (INCLUDING GOOGLE); OR (E) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL 4AI TOOLS'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE) EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE DATE OF THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED POUNDS STERLING (£100.00), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. ACCORDINGLY, SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 4AI Tools, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to (a) your use of, or inability to use, the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of a third party, including intellectual property rights; or (d) your violation of any applicable laws, rules, or regulations, including any misuse of data accessed via Google APIs.
You may terminate these Terms at any time by ceasing all use of the Service and deleting your account (if applicable). You should also revoke 4AI Tools's access via your Google Account settings.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, at our sole discretion, immediately and without prior notice or liability, for any reason or no reason, including but not limited to your breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We will delete your account information and related data (subject to our Privacy Policy and legal obligations). Sections concerning Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law, and Miscellaneous shall survive termination.
If you delete your account with 4AI Tools, we will:
We may update these Terms to comply with Google's API requirements, legal changes, or for other reasons. We will provide reasonable notice (e.g., by email to the address associated with your account, or by posting a notice on the Service) prior to the new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in London, England to resolve any legal matter arising from these Terms or your use of the Service.
These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and 4AI Tools regarding the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. Any attempt by you to assign or transfer these Terms without such consent will be null and void. We may assign or transfer these Terms, at our sole discretion, without restriction.
Any notices or other communications provided by 4AI Tools under these Terms will be given: (i) via email; or (ii) by posting to the Service.
